Roles & Responsibilities
  • Responsibility of a business development manager is to call clients and receive calls professionally
  • Fixing up appointment with the client, meet the client and show demonstrations of the product and achieve results
  • Study requirements from the client, analyses the requirements
  • Prepare a unique and complete proposal and submit it to the client
  • Co-ordination of this job is very essential as a business development manager can find solutions for problems and present it to the client
  • Executing strategic plans for key customer wins, competitive wins and customer satisfaction
  • Coordination with digital marketing department for leads generation and leads management
  • Coordination with technical team for pre-sales (demonstrations, benchmarks) and post-sales technical requirements of customers

Technical Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or Marketing experience. MBA would be a plus
  • 7+ years of Experience in Business Development, Sales, and/or Marketing
  • Experience in LinkedIn navigator is a plus
  • Hands on experience on CRM tools
  • High volume cold-calling experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior level decision makers required, both verbal and written

  • Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
  • Sourcing from job portals (Monster, Dice), making job postings on the job portal
  • Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position
  • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement
  • Validation of resumes for experience and verification of work status
  • Calling the candidates, screening / reviewing profiles that looks suitable for the skill set taking up their details and submitting the same to the client HR via the team lead
  • Briefing the candidates with the interview process

Technical Skills
  • Minimum 5 years:
    • Sterling Integrator (SI) / B2B Integrator experience
    • Sterling Integrator (SI) / B2B Integrator mapping expertise with ANSI X12 & EDIFACT standards and advanced mapping rules
    • SAP Sales & Distribution experience related to EDI IDoc transactional processing, tables, parameters and output types
    • EDI transactions, including, but not limited to: 850, 855, 856, 810, 830, 862, ORDERS, ORDRSP, INVOIC, DELFOR, DELJIT, DESADV
  • Experienced on handling projects, mergers and acquisitions related to EDI
  • Must understand the full life cycle of implementing a new Trading Partner or an EDI transaction
  • Experience in SI / B2B Integrator business process development and trouble shooting
  • Knowledge of EDI communications (VAN, FTP, SFTP and AS2)
  • Experience in EDI systems within the Automotive Tier 1 environment
  • VDA experience a plus
  • Familiar with data file types (SAP IDocs, XML, CSV, EDI, Flat Files, etc) and mappings
